We all know times are tough at the moment, budgets are stretched and wedding invitations are something that, although you want them to be perfect, can sometimes be compromised due to cost.
This doesn't have to be the case, from our dealings with customers over the years we have put together the following proposal which has helped lots of brides have there dream stationery.......
What's it all about?
We have found that most brides who make an enquiry with us have, if not a definite, then certainly some ideas that they wish to incorporate into their stationery, they might have seen something in a magazine / on the net, or they might want to incorporate a piece of artwork / theme, however budget is also a concern and we try and match the two using our experience of print / finishing processes.
How does it work ?
It's really quite simple, we need 3 pieces of information
1/ Your ideas / themes / colours, or any other relevant information
2/ The quantity of items you require
3/ Your budget
What happens then ?
We will look at your design / ideas and propose the best way of producing that particular design, we also look at what jobs we have scheduled in to see if we could produce them with those to achieve set up cost savings.
How much can I save?
It really depends on how flexible you are and also the timescale you need them in - the more time / the more flexible you are, the more options you will then have to get the best deal possible.
Can you give me an example of this working?
We had a customer very recently who had a budget of £300 and wanted 120 wedding invitations, which were letterpressed (she had shown us a picture of something she liked and we told her what it was) the full retail price was just under £700, we had a very similar job going to print in 3 weeks, which was a (very) slightly darker shade of blue - because we could run these together this saved setting the machine again and made other savings on the running costs - the result? One very happy customer with her dream stationery bang on budget! - click on one of the pictures at bottom left of the screen for the result.
What if you can't produce within my budget?
We will tell you! - But we won't just say no, we suggest relevant, cost effective, alternatives which may involve a small compromise but will make a huge difference to the cost!
What happens if I give you a budget of e.g. £200? Will you just tell me its £200?
By giving us a budget you are actually saying - what can I get for £200? we might have 20 different jobs coming up, anyone of which might be foiled, embossed, debossed, lasercut , diecut, raised ink or letterpressed, any or all of which we might be able to run with your stationery and save you set up costs giving you far more for your money
